A cooperative agreement for Offshore Wind Power and Environmental Engineering Project was entered into between China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC) and Zhuanghe municipal government on Aug. 21st. Sun Bo, Vice-general Manager of CSIC, Li Wancai, mayor of Dalian City, Liu Yan, Vice-mayor of Dalian City, principals of Dalian’s relevant governmental departments, Jiao Zhengjia and Sun Hong of Zhuanghe government, as well as many leaders from Equipment Industry Division of CSIC, Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. (DSIC), CSIC (Chongqing) Haizhuang Windpower Equipment Co., Ltd., No. 713 Institute, No. 719 Institute and No. 725 Institute attended the signing ceremony and witnessed the execution of the cooperative agreement.
