On Oct. 26 DSIC signed and delivered “MSC BRUNELLA” , 8800TEU container ship No.6 built for CIMC Financing Leasing co., LTD & Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A.（MSC）after No. 7 successfully undocking 30 days in advance recently. This ship realized the nodal point of trial trip 38 days earlier, and reduced underwater period to 75 days, which laid solid foundation for delivery on schedule.
Since building 8800TEU container ships series, DSIC has centered on the construction principle closely to develop early plan fully, arrange production in detail, and deliberate the difficulties and key points in production ahead of time. According to the guiding ideology of “Production speeds up, management goes ahead.”, DSIC has created technologies and construction methods, strengthened quality self-control before report for inspection, completed the second-class management of Construction Department for quality, gradually speeded up ships in form, continuously promoted the completion of construction in dock, and won owners’ highly praise for construction quality on many occasions.
