A few days ago, DSIC Shipping Company has delivered the MV30-FPSO Bow and Stern Unloading System for the fourth vessel built for UK Techflow Marine. This is another series product of DSIC Shipping Company after ship hatch cover and single point mooring system. MV30-FPSO Bow and Stern Unloading System contains two floating hose winches, two mooring winches, one emergency unloading system and two messenger winches. Among which, the floating hose winch, with drum diameter of 10 meters, drum length of 10 meters, and net weight of 148 tons, is one of the largest hose winches currently built in China. After careful planning, DSIC Shipping Company creatively put forward the installation plan for the ship floating hose, focused on solving the construction difficulties such as hose winding and sealing, tidal changes, ship and product stability, etc. After a week of hard work, the winding installation of 2 sets of hoses was successively completed, the leakage test was passed at one time, and the MV30-FPSO Bow and Stern Unloading System was successfully delivered. At present, DSIC Shipping Company has four orders of handheld FPSO Bow and Stern Unloading System. As the manufacturer that has constructed the most of this kind of products currently in China, DSIC Shipping Company has reached an agreement with Techflow Marine, and the two sides will further cooperate based on this basis to give full play to their respective strengths and jointly develop the market for win-win results.
