On August 18, DSIC signed the strategic cooperation agreement with Sinkiang Tianye (Group) Co., Ltd. Sinkiang Construction Corps Standing Party Committee Member, No.8 Division Political Commissar and Shihezi Municipal Party Secretary Xu Zhixin, Dalian Deputy Mayor Liu Yan, Sinkiang Tianye (Group) Co., Ltd. Chairman Wu Bin, and DSIC GM Yu Fengping and Deputy GM An Yumin presented the signing ceremony, where DSIC GM Yu Fengping and Sinkiang Tianye (Group) Co., Ltd. Chairman Wu Bin signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

Based on this agreement, the parties shall carry out extensive exchange and cooperation in terms of information share, technology development & application, and commerce, and display their respective advantages in jointly providing cooperative projects with excellent service.
